Commission process
Initial Contact
Start by contacting Silvia through the dedicated forms found in each section to discuss the key aspects of your portrait or landscape, including size, pricing, timeframe, and ideas for the painting. At this stage, she can also provide you with a shipping estimate.
Photo Selection and Composition Planning
You’ll need to provide high-quality, high-resolution photographs as reference. Silvia will choose the best image among them and plan the composition for your portrait. If requested, she can share a preliminary layout or concept photo for your approval before beginning the painting process.

Booking Your Slot
To secure your commission, a 40% deposit is required. The amount will be invoiced via PayPal or bank transfer. Once the deposit is confirmed, Silvia will get in touch to provide an estimated completion date.
Progress Update
When the portrait is nearly finished, you will receive a photo of the progress. This is your opportunity to request any minor adjustments. Please note that significant changes at this stage may incur an additional cost.
Final Payment and Delivery
Once the portrait is complete, the remaining balance—plus any agreed shipping fees—will be due before the artwork is shipped. Delivery is available both within Italy and internationally. The portrait will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
